Jeg fandt lige et godt citat som sætter fokus på at forandringer nok er konstante og allestedsnærværende, men de basal processer i virksomheden forbliver de samme ! Når der er så mange forandringer er det måske blot fordi vi taler om det der adskiller sig - vi taler om de 10% forandring og overser de 90% basal forretning.
